Ordering

Browse our shop, select your size and colour, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via card (Stripe), JazzCash, or Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only).
You can request a modification or cancellation from your account under My Orders, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Yes, a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, manage returns, and save your addresses for future purchases.

Shipping

We ship across Pakistan to all major cities and beyond. Tracked nationwide delivery on every order.
Most Pakistan orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your city. Express options may be available at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at Track Order or inside your account.
Free standard delivery on all Pakistan orders over Rs 10,000. Below that a flat Rs 200 standard rate applies. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions, so subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy.
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the item you wish to return, and submit a return request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Sale items, customised pieces, and items without original tags are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sizing

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
Sizing can vary between designers and styles. Always check the specific size guide on each product page.
If the item doesn't fit, you may return it within 30 days under our standard returns policy, provided it meets the return conditions (unworn, tags attached).

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery, all in PKR.
Yes. All card payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Yes, enter your discount code in the cart or at checkout before completing your order. Only one code can be applied per order.
Payments can be declined for a number of reasons. Please check your card details and billing address, or contact your bank. You can also try a different payment method.

We currently operate primarily via email and our contact form. This allows us to keep records of your enquiry and respond more effectively.
Our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm (PKT). Orders can be placed at any time online.
