Returns & Refunds Policy

7-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any staining
  • Not altered or customised

Non-Returnable: Unstitched Fabric

Unstitched fabric cannot be returned once it has been cut or stitched. Please check measurements carefully before ordering.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account at My Account → Returns
  2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. You will receive return instructions by email

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (JazzCash, bank transfer, etc.).

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

  • Unstitched / fabric-only items
  • Sale items marked "Final Sale"
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
