Orders & Payment
We accept JazzCash, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed once payment is received. For COD orders, confirmation is sent when the order is dispatched.
Delivery
Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days via TCS, Leopards, or PostEx. Free delivery on orders over ₨10,000. Delivery charges apply to orders below this threshold.
Returns
7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Unstitched fabric cannot be returned once cut or stitched.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After that, cancellations are subject to our review. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Privacy
We use your personal data (name, email, phone, address) to process and deliver your orders only. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
